Cyber Security Specialist

This role is all about boosting Security Operations maturity—focusing on incident management, documentation, and process improvements—working closely with their technology and SOC teams.
  
What You’ll Do

• Incident Management Uplift: Assist with new incident management tools and processes—streamlining automation and workflows.
• SOC Collaboration: Review, improve, and document SOC processes. Work closely with the offshore team.
• Process & Documentation: Write SOPs, improve existing workflows, and deliver consistent comms.
• Automation Focus: Any coding or automation experience is a bonus (but not essential).
• Tools: CrowdStrike, Netskope, and similar security products. Exposure to email gateways (like Abnormal Security) is also useful.

  
What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2-3 years in security-focused roles (or 3-5 years in broader technology).
• Skills: Incident management, SOC process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with security tools, controls, and uplift projects.
• Mindset: Pragmatic, clear communicator, and someone who’s contractor-ready—here to get the job done.
